Our orders are delivered in France and all over the world by "Colissimo suivi", "Colissimo International" or by haulage contractors (for bulky parcels).

The products are delivered at the delivery address specified during the ordering process: to your home address, to the address of a person to whom you wish to send a gift, to your workplace, etc. Please give us all necessary additional information for the delivery (phone number, door security code, floor, name of the concierge….

As soon as your order has been shipped, an e-mail is sent to you. This email includes the parcel number, so you can track the delivery of your parcel by connecting to the website https://www.colissimo.fr.

We take special care in the packing of our products. We have chosen to use cardboard boxes 100% recyclabe and "organic" styrofoam pebbles 100% bio-degradable to protect and hold the products in the parcels.

Unless explicitely requested otherwise, orders are shipped when complete. If one item is not available at the time an order is made, that order is put on hold.

With "Colissimo" special delivery, your order is delivered from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 12:00 am. In case of absence of the purchaser or impossibility to deliver the package (no concierge, etc…) the mailman shall leave a notification in the mailbox, stating the date and the address of the post office where the package can be collected upon presentation of a valid ID.

The package can be collected within two weeks following the date mentioned on the notification. Beyond this period, the package will automatically be returned to the sender, costs are at your charge.

The delivery times (as indicated by postal services) are as follows :

Delivery in Metropolitan France: 48 to 72 hours ;
Delivery to French overseas territories: 5 to 7 days ;
International delivery: 4 to 8 days.

The delivery of large parcels by transporter can take up to 2 weeks.

The above-mentioned delivery times only apply to the transportation of the package.
